Our goal is to provide our clients with a thorough explanation of benefits in order to reduce the stress and anxiety that is commonly associated with the VERY complicated application process. It is our privilege to provide our clients and their families with relief and reassurance during these tough times.

With a staff that understands the VA Aid & Attendance benefit and Florida Medicaid system along with a wide network of trusted Elder Law attorneys to refer to, we are proud to say that every application ever submitted has been approved. We also have strong relationships with many facilities, and their confidence in our services often prompts a sigh of relief when they know a family member has hired us to help.

Running out of money is the biggest fear we hear from our elders as they enter the benefits application process. Our absolute confidence in navigating the complex benefits system allows us to put that fear to rest. At the end of the process, we consistently hear how our staff provide reliable information in such a caring way. A secure financial future can become a reality, allowing you to concentrate and focus on the needs of your loved-one.

When we help you and your family members, we bring a unique and comprehensive set of strengths to the table. We understand Medicaid and VA benefits separately, as well as how they can work together. You will experience a caring partnership with a qualified Benefit Specialist to guide you through each stage of the process.

Please contact us for a free, no-cost telephone screening to determine which benefits you may be eligible for.

We look forward to helping you!
